About this position:

We’re looking for a highly technical IT Lead (12+ years experience) to own and evolve our corporate IT systems/access and security at a senior level. This is not a “tickets all day” role — it’s a high technical role that still stays close to the planning and the execution. You’ll be responsible for building secure, configure, and well-governed systems or 3rd party integration across identity/access, endpoint management, device compliance, and core productivity platforms (Google Workspace and key SaaS).

This person will be the technical owner for IT foundations that support SOC2/ISO readiness, secure access, reliable onboarding/offboarding, and device compliance across a growing organization.

What you’ll be doing:

Strategy

  • Participate and advise on the IT technical roadmap across identity, endpoint security, access governance, and core corporate systems.
  • Partner with Security/Infra to ensure SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 controls are operational (and not just documented).
  • Establish standards for device compliance, access management, and SaaS lifecycle (intake → review → onboarding → offboarding).

Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.

The Executive Assistant (EA) provides proactive, high-caliber administrative and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Job Description

The Senior Procurement Analyst supports the day-to-day operations of KIPP Texas’ Procurement function by managing sourcing activities, supporting contract review processes, and ensuring all procurement activities comply with KIPP Texas policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal laws.

This role plays a critical part in executing procurement processes and enabling cross-functional teams across the organization. The Senior Procurement Analyst partners closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and procurement leadership to ensure purchases and contracts are processed efficiently, compliantly, and with strong financial stewardship. This individual applies a risk-based approach to safeguard organizational resources while identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive cost efficiencies.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Procurement Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

Procurement Execution & Sourcing

  • Execute procurement processes, including purchase orders, multi-quote requirements, cooperative purchasing agreements, and formal solicitations

  • Lead the preparation and administration of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and other competitive procurement processes

  • Develop bid documents, including specifications, proposal forms, and instructions to bidders

Your Impact

As a TSM, you are a critical team member responsible for leading the deployment of network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon’s Interview Room. This is a post-sale, customer-facing, front-line role, where success will be determined by deployment efficiency, 3rd party installation management, and the customer’s total experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coordinate, and manage installations to ensure efficiency and speed leading to an excellent customer experience.
  • Ensure 3rd party installers (cable running/connections) and Interview Room customers are up-to-speed on installation status through daily report outs/ stand up meetings.
  • Ensure individual regular and reliable attendance, demonstrating commitment to work responsibilities.
  • With minimal assistance, deploy hardware and software solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit flexibility to undertake additional projects and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Offer guidance to customers on optimal hardware placement, tailoring solutions to enhance their workflows, and establish a thorough and compliant interview data collection environment.
  • Develop accurate installation diagrams and thorough documentation for the implemented solution.
  • Engage with key technology decision-makers such as Chiefs of Police, Command staff, Sheriffs, Directors of IT, and program managers after the sale.
  • Conduct training sessions for both technical and non-technical staff, ensuring they are proficient in using and providing basic support for the Axon Interview solution.

About this position:

We’re looking for a highly technical IT Lead (12+ years experience) to own and evolve our corporate IT systems/access and security at a senior level. This is not a “tickets all day” role — it’s a high technical role that still stays close to the planning and the execution. You’ll be responsible for building secure, configure, and well-governed systems or 3rd party integration across identity/access, endpoint management, device compliance, and core productivity platforms (Google Workspace and key SaaS).

Strategy

  • Participate and advise on the IT technical roadmap across identity, endpoint security, access governance, and core corporate systems.

  • Deliver measurable improvements: faster onboarding, fewer repeat tickets, and higher endpoint compliance (patching/encryption/AV). Lock down SSO standards: app catalog, ownership, least-privilege groups, and (where possible) SCIM automation. Formalize IT runbooks and a small project roadmap (next quarter). We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.

Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.

Basic Function

SB Energy is seeking a highly strategic and operationally driven Director, Supply Chain Operations & Governance to build and lead a centralized supply chain operations organization supporting the deployment of next-generation AI factory and advanced data center infrastructure programs.

The Team:

Cloud environments are used at Neo4j to perform pre-sales, proof-of-concept, and solution engineering activities with minimal oversight by IT or Security. This role, which resides in IT, will help conceptualize the requisite activities and carve a path toward effective and responsible management of these environments. Some examples of work you’ve performed aligned with these types of activities could be related to finance (budgeting, cost allocation, right-sizing environments) cloud maturity (IaC, naming conventions, tagging initiatives) security (CPSM, asset management, vulnerability) or automation (service catalogs, provisioning, secure configurations). With the correct guidance and prioritization from you, we seek to accomplish wins for management and security while enabling engineers to work faster and more securely than they do today. This role is global and will work across the organization.

The Role:

  • Provide technical leadership through mentorship, documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing best practices to peers within IT and consumers of cloud infrastructure.
  • Play a crucial role in defining and delivering on the roadmap for cloud infrastructure.
  • Work with the security team to ensure alignment with their vision of cloud management, including compliance.
  • Liaise with Engineering teams on their use and management of cloud infrastructure to find synergies.
  • Operationalize the security, management and monitoring of cloud infrastructure.
  • Take on the Subject Matter Expert (SME) role for cloud in IT and continue to develop broad and deep understanding where opportunities may exist or when new offerings come to market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or greater) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with in-depth knowledge of at least two of; AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Experience in designing and implementing cost-effective solutions in cloud environments.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience leading company-wide cloud initiatives.
  • Cloud certifications from AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell).

What you will do:

  • Operational Leadership & Governance: You own the “Daily Run”, overseeing global billing cycles and ensuring the accuracy of all automated and manual invoicing across all entities.

Job Description

Avaloq has created a centralized Global Vendor Risk Management (VRM) unit in order to identify, evaluate, manage and mitigate risks associated with our third parties across various risk areas.

The Vendor Risk Specialist will work closely with other members of the VRM team to organize and execute the vendor risk assessment process. In addition to working with established processes, a key outcome for this position will be to gain a broad understanding of Avaloq’s supplier base, with a view to developing into the position into that of a professional risk analyst capable of conducting supplier risk reviews independently and efficiently.

In general, he/she is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting operational data and risk metrics in support of the VRM unit and its business unit partners. This professional will gather sufficient strategic, technical and operational information from internal business units and external third party to ultimately understand and communicate the current risks, business challenges and issues. In addition, this professional will gather due diligence on selected vendors and prepare reports on Third Party activities to all participants.

The Vendor Risk Specialist will be also contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the global VRM framework.

Your mission

  • Organize the execution of yearly and on demand Vendor Risk Assessment activities.
  • Plan, organize and follow up of the annual execution.
  • Create the report for management and relevant committees as a result of VRA campaigns.
  • Monitor to significant events and risks related to third parties
  • Perform risk-based due diligence on Avaloq’s third parties to address potential vulnerabilities across various risk areas: Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Financial Health, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Operational Risk, Reputational Risk, among others. Moreover, on-site visits or telephone interviews can be performed on key vendors.
  • Work with stakeholders in the various Business risk areas to complete assessments and execute remediation plans where applicable. Establishing relationships with vendors to implement good collaboration.
  • Collect, develop and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
  • Collect data and provide quantitative analysis of current state, new objectives, supporting metrics and measures, and contribute to proposed solutions.

Qualifications

What you need

  • University Degree in Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent subjects
  • 2+ years of work experience in Risk Management, Information Security Risk, Operational Risk or Procurement area in a bank, financial institution, or consulting company
  • Strong knowledge of TPRM practices across the vendor lifecycle (due diligence, contracts, monitoring, issues, offboarding).
  • Familiarity with common control frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001⁄2, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR/DPAs, business continuity, financial viability).
  • Experience collaborating with Legal, Security, Procurement, and business stakeholders; able to translate risk into business terms.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills. IT and MS Office suite skills are strongly recommended
