Product Flosum: Senior Product Manager, Salesforce Platform

Senior Product Manager owns multi-year roadmap for Salesforce-native DevSecOps platform, defining strategy and shipping products for Fortune 500 enterprises.

Senior Posted about 4 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: California, United States

The Opportunity

Flosum is looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager who lives and breathes the Salesforce ecosystem and wants to shape the future of how the world's largest enterprises build, secure, and scale on Salesforce.

This is not a maintenance role. You will own the product roadmap for the only 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security platform trusted by Fortune 100 companies, global brands like Hilton, Cargill, Barry Callebaut, Cushman & Wakefield, and AARP. You will work directly with the CEO and engineering leadership to define and ship products that create entirely new categories within the Salesforce ecosystem.

We are at an inflection point. AI-driven DevOps (powered by Agentforce), agent-aware governance, zero-trust security orchestration, and intelligent data lifecycle management are transforming the Salesforce landscape. We need a product leader who sees around corners, understands where this space is heading, and has the conviction and execution chops to get us there first.

About Flosum

Flosum is the only enterprise-grade DevOps, Data Backup & Archive, Trust Center, and Data Seeding platform built 100% native on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Summit Partner and the only native solution certified by Salesforce, we operate within the Salesforce trust boundary, which means zero data exposure, no third-party cloud processing, and full compliance with Salesforce security standards.

Our customers are among the most demanding in the world: Fortune 500 enterprises in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, life sciences) who require SOX compliance, zero-trust architecture, and audit-grade governance. We compete against Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, and Salto, and we win because our native architecture delivers security, speed, and extensibility that external tools simply cannot match.

We recently integrated Salesforce Agentforce into our platform, making Flosum the first and only Salesforce-native AI DevOps solution. This is just the beginning of what we plan to build.

What You Will Own

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can create new categories or capture market share from competitors.
  • Translate deep Salesforce platform knowledge (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product capabilities that enterprise customers will pay premium prices for.
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce's own product direction (three releases per year) and position Flosum to capitalize on every platform shift.

AI & Innovation

  • Lead the next wave of AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
  • Define how Flosum's extensibility platform enables customers to build custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust boundary.
  • Pioneer agent-aware governance: preparing Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.

Customer & Market Insight

  • Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to deeply understand their pain points around Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
  • Translate complex enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into elegant product solutions.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to influence deal strategy, conduct product demos for strategic accounts, and close competitive evaluations.

Execution & Delivery

  • Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You do the work, not just delegate it.
  • Partner with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines. Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
  • Define and track product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, competitive win rates.

Who You Are

We are looking for a missionary, not a mercenary. Someone who takes genuine ownership of outcomes, thinks independently, and is driven by a need to build something that matters, not just advance their career.

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
  • Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of shipping products that enterprise customers (Fortune 500, regulated industries) adopted and paid for. Not features; products.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred.
  • You understand the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. You know where each is strong and where they are vulnerable.
  • Strong perspective on how AI/ML (especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will reshape the Salesforce development and governance landscape.
  • Hands-on executor. You write PRDs, you talk to customers, you review wireframes, you sit in sprint reviews. You do not manage from a distance.
  • Exceptional communication skills. You can present a product vision to a C-suite audience and write a technical specification for an engineering team in the same day.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action. When you see a problem, you solve it. When you don't know something, you go learn it.

What Will Make You Exceptional in This Role

  • You have experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product company.
  • You have worked at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries.
  • You have led product-led growth initiatives within an enterprise product, designing self-serve onboarding, in-product conversion, and expansion mechanics.
  • You have a point of view on the future of AI in Salesforce DevOps and can articulate a 3-year vision for how autonomous agents will change how enterprises build on Salesforce.
  • You have experience going head-to-head against well-funded competitors and winning through product superiority rather than just marketing spend.

What We Expect in the First 12 Months

First 90 Days: Learn and Diagnose

  • Achieve deep fluency in Flosum's five product lines and their technical architecture.
  • Conduct 25+ customer and prospect interviews to build a firsthand understanding of enterprise pain points.
  • Complete a competitive audit with specific, actionable recommendations on where Flosum should invest to win.
  • Deliver your first product roadmap refresh with clear prioritization rationale.

Months 3-6: Ship and Win

  • Own and deliver at least one major product release that directly addresses a competitive gap or customer-requested capability.
  • Establish a product-led feedback loop between Sales, CS, and Engineering that accelerates deal velocity and reduces churn.
  • Define the next generation of Flosum's AI capabilities and present a detailed execution plan.

Months 6-12: Scale and Lead

  • Drive measurable improvement in competitive win rates against Copado and Gearset.
  • Launch at least one net-new product capability that opens a new revenue stream or market segment.
  • Establish Flosum as a thought leader in AI-driven Salesforce DevOps through content, speaking, and ecosystem engagement.

Why Flosum

  • Category-defining opportunity: You will shape the future of how enterprises build on Salesforce. This is not incremental; it is transformational.
  • Direct CEO partnership: You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with a founder who is deeply technical, product-obsessed, and committed to building the best platform in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Fortune 100 customer base: Your product decisions will directly impact how the world's largest and most complex organizations operate.
  • AI inflection point: Agentforce and autonomous agents are rewriting the rules. Flosum is the first native platform to integrate these capabilities. You will define what comes next.
  • Missionary culture: We hire people who want to make a dent, not pad a resume. If you are looking for a place where your work matters and your ideas are heard, this is it.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary + performance bonus
  • Equity participation
  • Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k)
  • Hybrid flexibility (San Ramon, CA HQ) or remote for exceptional candidates
  • Direct access to Salesforce ecosystem events, conferences (Dreamforce, TrailblazerDX), and customer engagements
  • If you live in San Ramon, CA this can be a Hybrid position, but we're open to fully remote in other locations.

Product Senior/Principal Product Manager, Open Source at Pulumi Corporation

Owns the product roadmap for Pulumi Core and Providers ecosystem, balancing open source community needs with long-term technical architecture and developer UX.

Senior Remote Posted about 20 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are

Pulumi is the cloud infrastructure platform engineers love and enterprises trust. We help teams build, secure, and operate modern cloud applications using real programming languages, backed by an open-source foundation and a powerful SaaS platform. Industry leaders like Snowflake, NVIDIA and Supabase rely on Pulumi to turn cloud infrastructure into a competitive advantage.

Pulumi enables developers and infrastructure engineers to unlock the full power of cloud services with secure, repeatable, production-grade infrastructure across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Datadog, GitHub, and more. As an AI-first organization, we’re a leader in the AI Infrastructure space and have our own autonomous infrastructure engineering agent that brings AI-driven operations directly into the cloud engineering workflow.

While Pulumi is headquartered in Seattle, WA., we are dedicated to being a remote first company. This role will be located remotely preferably in Seattle, WA.

About the Role

Pulumi Core and the Pulumi Providers ecosystem are the open source foundation that millions of developers rely on to manage cloud infrastructure. We’re looking for a deeply technical Product Manager to own the roadmap for both to shape what cloud engineering looks like for the next decade.

This role sits at the intersection of three things that are hard to do well together:

  • CLI and developer UX craft — every keystroke matters when developers live in your tool all day.
  • Deep technical product thinking — the engine, SDKs across multiple languages, and our extensive provider ecosystem are a serious technical surface.
  • Open source community leadership — your roadmap lives in public, and your users are also your contributors.

If that combination sounds like the job you’ve been looking for, we want to talk to you.

In This Role You Will:

  • Own the product roadmap for Pulumi Core (engine, CLI, SDKs) and the Providers ecosystem, partnering with engineering to balance long-term architectural bets with near-term community needs.
  • Obsess over CLI and developer UX — the small frictions that compound over thousands of pulumi up runs, the error messages that make or break trust, the defaults that shape how people think about infrastructure. You’re ready to understand how agents use our product, and create agent-ready interfaces.
  • Engage directly with the Pulumi community — contributing to community-sourced GitHub issues, joining community calls, participating in Slack discussions, and turning real user pain into roadmap priorities.
  • Build in public: shape RFCs, write roadmap posts, and represent Pulumi’s open source direction to contributors, customers, and the broader cloud-native ecosystem.
  • Partner with the providers team on the strategy for our large provider ecosystem — what we build first-party, where we invest in tooling for contributors, and how we keep coverage broad and quality high.
  • Translate enterprise customer needs into open source product decisions without compromising what makes Pulumi loved by individual developers.
  • Define success metrics that work for OSS (adoption, contribution velocity, issue resolution time, community health) alongside traditional product metrics, and feed insights directly back into roadmap decisions.
  • Drive end-to-end product delivery from idea to GA and adoption by collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Support, and the open-source community.

We’re Looking For Someone With:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical program management, with significant time spent on developer tools or infrastructure products.
  • Experience building developer tools or platforms (CLI, SDKs, APIs, infrastructure products).
  • Strong intuition for CLI and terminal UX — you have opinions about good error messages, sensible defaults, progressive disclosure, and when interactivity helps vs. gets in the way.
  • Experience working with or shipping in open source — whether as a maintainer, contributor, or PM on an OSS product — and comfort operating in public. Your roadmaps, decisions, and tradeoffs will be visible to a large community, and you’re energized rather than drained by that.
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern cloud technologies (containers, Kubernetes, serverless, cloud APIs).
  • Strong technical instincts with the ability to work closely with senior engineers and reason about architectural tradeoffs. Proven ability to ramp quickly in new technical domains and form strong product opinions.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products in ambiguous or complex problem spaces.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Support in a product-led growth environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A commitment to building inclusive, collaborative teams.

Nice to Haves

  • Background as a maintainer or significant contributor to a well-known open source project.
  • Background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
  • Familiarity with IaC tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation, Crossplane, CDK) and a point of view on what Pulumi does differently.
  • Experience speaking at conferences or representing a product publicly to a technical audience.

Compensation

  • Principal Level Base Salary Range: $180,500 to $227,850
  • Senior Level Base Salary Range: $166,000 - $209,000
  • All full time employee offers at Pulumi include base salary, bonus or variable, equity and benefits (details below).

Benefits & Perks at Pulumi:

Healthcare Coverage:

We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance at no cost to U.S. employees. Internationally, we comply with local healthcare requirements and provide regionally appropriate coverage.

Time Off:

Our unlimited PTO policy encourages balance and rest — and we require employees to take at least three weeks off annually, plus 13 U.S. holidays.

401(k):

U.S. employees are eligible for a 401(k) plan with an employer match to support long-term financial wellness.

Parental Leave:

We provide 20 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents or primary caregivers, and 16 weeks for non-birthing parents or secondary caregivers.

Remote-First Culture:

Pulumi has been fully remote since 2020, with teammates across 20+ U.S. states and 12+ countries. We support flexible work with asynchronous collaboration and an annual “work from anywhere” stipend.

Professional Development:

Every employee receives an annual learning and development budget to support growth, learning, and career goals.

Equity Ownership:

We believe in acting like owners. All employees receive equity and are empowered to think big, move fast, and build the future of cloud together.

Additional Support:

We offer a monthly wellness fund to support mental and physical well-being, and a quarterly happiness fund for team connection.

About Pulumi:

Pulumi is reimagining how teams build cloud software, enabling developers and infrastructure experts to work better together through a unique combination of programming languages, tools, and systems innovation.

Our flagship infrastructure as code technology is open source and our SaaS product, Pulumi Cloud, provides platform teams, secrets management, and cloud management capabilities, and more. We have pioneered leveraging AI across all of these areas with our LLM-powered Pulumi Copilot to push the boundaries of what’s possible. At Pulumi, we dream big, in the pursuit of helping our customers out-innovate and win.

Founded in 2017 by industry veterans with over five decades of combined experience building developer platforms, Pulumi now has a global community of more than 350,000 members and serves over 3,250 customers. Despite our rapid growth, we’re still only getting started, and are early in our mission to democratize the cloud. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, we want to work with you to accelerate Pulumi’s impact.

At Pulumi, we don’t just accept difference, we celebrate, support, and thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products, and our customers. Pulumi is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. Proof of work

The team

The Onchain Product team is building the next generation of financial products at Kraken, leveraging blockchain infrastructure to deliver faster, more transparent, and globally accessible financial services.

The team sits at the intersection of crypto, DeFi, and traditional finance, owning products that enable customers to earn yield, access tokenized assets, interact with onchain protocols, and participate in the emerging onchain economy. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, Legal, and Partnerships, the team is responsible for identifying new opportunities, bringing innovative products to market, and helping position Kraken at the forefront of onchain finance.

The opportunity

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet, aligned to customer needs and company goals

  • Own the wallet experience end-to-end, from onboarding and asset management to DeFi, payments, and onchain interactions

  • Design and deliver seamless wallet experiences by abstracting complex on-chain functionality into simple, user-friendly products.

  • Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations to deliver high-impact features

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration

  • Capable and calculated risk-taker — you make bold product bets with conviction, move fast when the signal is there, and treat setbacks as learning opportunities rather than reasons to slow down

  • Deep technical fluency — you are comfortable in the weeds of system architecture, understand Web3 and on-chain fundamentals, can read and dabble in code, and do not leave hard technical problems solely to engineering

  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating competing priorities and driving alignment in a dynamic, regulated environment

  • Macro-to-micro versatility: the ability to hold and defend a strategic view while staying close enough to the detail to make good product decisions

  • Well-rounded interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly across diverse, distributed teams

  • Mission alignment: this is essential for all Krakenites and we expect our people to champion our mission, along with our vision and values

  • 4+ years of product management experience with a clear track record of shipping meaningful consumer-facing products, and prior crypto, Web3, trading, gaming or banking experience is required

We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

Kraken is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate all Krakenites for their diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions and unique perspectives. We hire strictly based on merit, meaning we seek out the candidates with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills considered the most suitable for the job. Product Senior/Principal Product Manager, Open Source at Pulumi Corporation

Own the product roadmap for Pulumi's open-source infrastructure platform, balancing technical depth, developer UX, and community leadership across SDKs and providers.

401(k):

U.S. employees are eligible for a 401(k) plan with an employer match to support long-term financial wellness.

If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please let us know.

Product Toggl: Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager owns end-to-end product direction, prioritization, and outcomes for a product tribe, working hands-on with design and engineering to ship user-focused improvements.

Senior Remote Posted 1 day ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Tallinn, Estonia
URL: https://toggl.com/jobs/

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join one of our Product Tribes, the cross-functional units that own the end-to-end experience for a specific Toggl user role. You own your Tribe's direction, prioritization, and outcomes while working hands-on with design and engineering to ship work that matters. You'll do this as we build and launch Toggl Focus, our consolidated planning, time tracking, and time intelligence product.

The salary for this position is €90,000 annually.

You can work from anywhere in the world as long as your main location is between UTC-4 and UTC+4.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you own a product area end-to-end: its direction, prioritization, and outcomes. You are accountable not for process, but for clarity, judgment, and results. You work hands-on with design, engineering, and revenue to identify the highest-value opportunities, shape effective solutions, and ship improvements that matter. You act as a player-coach, raising the quality of thinking, decision-making, and execution within your Tribe.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Direction and prioritization

  • Set clear direction for your Tribe. Define goals, translate company priorities into team focus, and identify the biggest opportunities and risks.

  • Make strong prioritization calls. Decide what to do and what not to do, sequence work sensibly, and keep low-value work out of the team.

  • Develop a strong point of view on your product area. Understand users, the market, and the business deeply enough to make tradeoffs and say no clearly, without escalating decisions unnecessarily.

Discovery and solution shaping

  • Build real understanding of user problems through customer calls, support and sales input, user research, and data.

  • Shape solutions with design and engineering. Frame problems, compare options and constraints, and keep solutions tied to user and business value.

Hands-on leadership

  • Lead designers within your Tribe. Guide prototyping, user testing, and UX quality as embedded builders, not through handoffs.

  • Stay close to the work through execution. Review flows, experiments, metrics, and shipped output. Resolve ambiguity quickly. Help the team converge faster.

  • Coach your team by sharpening problem framing, improving decision quality, and keeping focus on the highest-value work.

Metrics, learning, and communication

  • Define success upfront for every initiative with clear OKRs, KPIs, leading indicators, and kill criteria. Measure impact after launch and decide whether to iterate, scale, or roll back.

  • Participate in roadmap reviews, sharing upcoming priorities with leadership and internal stakeholders and surfacing tradeoffs and risks early.

  • Explain direction and decisions simply. Keep stakeholders aligned with minimal overhead.

AI as core leverage

  • Use AI tools extensively in your daily work for research, synthesis, analysis, drafting, exploration, and prototyping, and set that expectation across your Tribe. AI fluency is not optional. It's part of how you increase your speed, depth, and impact.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have proven product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, or have built and shipped products people actually use, whether as a PM, founder, or in another role where you owned product decisions end to end.

  • Hold an extremely high bar for product quality. You've developed real craft in product development. You know what great looks like, you notice the details others miss, and you don't ship work you wouldn't be proud to put your name on.

  • Have strong product judgment. You develop a clear point of view on your area, make grounded tradeoffs, and say no without needing permission.

  • Are a problem-first thinker. You start from user needs and business impact, not from solutions or feature lists.

  • Can define and own outcomes rigorously. You set KPIs, run experiments, interpret data, and make tough calls based on results. You're accountable for whether the work matters, not just whether it gets done.

  • Thrive in ambiguity and move fast. You don't wait for perfect information or permission. You make confident decisions, adapt when new insights emerge, and course-correct without drama.

  • Can pick up a new domain fast. You're comfortable ramping into unfamiliar user segments and becoming the expert your Tribe needs.

  • Have a strong understanding of product-led growth principles and know how to balance self-serve adoption with sales-assisted motions for larger accounts.

  • Are hands-on with AI tools. You actively use AI for research, analysis, drafting, and prototyping as a core part of how you work, not a side experiment.

  • Don't need to be managed. You set your own direction, keep people in the loop, and ask for help when it matters.

  • Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills. You explain direction and decisions simply, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and articulate customer value without jargon.

  • Value transparency, ownership, and speed over perfection. You ship, learn, and improve rather than waiting for the perfect plan.

  • Nice to have: experience leading designers as embedded product builders, guiding user research, prototyping, and usability testing as part of an integrated discovery process, not as a separate handoff step.

This Role Is NOT

  • A meeting organizer, ticket router, or status reporter.

  • A layer between functions or a process owner whose main contribution is ceremony.

  • A roadmap administrator who writes detailed specs and manages backlogs rather than deeply understanding users and driving outcomes.

  • A feature-factory role. If your primary metric is "stories shipped," this isn't the right fit.

  • A role for people who need heavy process, frequent approvals, or top-down direction to do their best work.

The Team

We are a global team of ~100 awesome people working from over 40 countries around the globe. We hire globally, you work locally—in the heart of London, a beach outside of Río de Janeiro, or a quiet village near Florence, the choice is yours. Every few months we travel to meet up somewhere in the world and spend some quality time together. We place a huge amount of trust in our people, and we measure the outcomes rather than the work itself. Our values fuel our results.

What's Happening at Toggl

Toggl is at an exciting turning point. We're taking our best-in-class time tracking - trusted and loved by millions of users worldwide - and expanding it into something bigger: Toggl Focus. One product that brings together time tracking, planning, capacity management, reporting, and insight. The idea is simple: better time tracking creates better data, which powers everything else. We call it time intelligence.

Benefits

  • Freedom to choose when and how much you work—we only measure results

  • 24 days of paid time off a year, plus your local holidays

  • Unlimited sick leave

  • In-person meetups for team-building (expenses covered)
